2026 Rates:
3 TIER PRICING PROGRAM
The 3-tier pricing program reflects our commitment to making CGI accessible to families with diverse financial circumstances.
The program is simple: review the tier descriptions below and select the option that best fits your family during registration. Rest assured, every camper enjoys the same high-quality, enriching camp experience regardless of the tier chosen.
This program operates on an honor system, with full trust in our families to choose what is most appropriate for them. Your selection remains completely confidential.
Our goals with Tiered Pricing are to:
- Provide high-quality, safe, fun, and meaningful Jewish programming for local families.
- Offer an opportunity for partnership with those who value the impact of CGI Southlake.
- Preserve CGI for generations to come.
Important Registration Information:
• Tiers 2 & 3 will be open until May 15. After that, only Tier 1 will be available.
• Registrations received after June 1 will include a 10% late fee.
We encourage everyone to register early to take advantage of all options!

This rate covers the full cost of camp, including staffing, programs, administration, insurance, and utilities. Choosing this tier allows us to maximize donor funding, extend scholarship opportunities, and help more children experience the power of camp. If you can pay this amount, we encourage you to do so. Extended Care Options
Weekly Options only - No Daily Options
Early Care (8:00 - 9:00 AM): $35 per week
After Care (3:30 - 5:00 PM): $75 a week.
Discounts
Early Bird: Register your child/ren and pay registration fee by February 15th, 2026 and receive a discounted rate.
Sibling Discount: 5% for second sibling (additional 5% for 3rd sibling etc.)
Chai Club: 5% Chai Club Discount.
Financial Assistance
At CGI, we strive to make our summer camp accessible to everyone, as we firmly believe that a Jewish camping experience is a vital part of developing a strong Jewish identity. This has been made possible by the generosity of the Lackman family.
Thanks to the Lackman family, we are able to open our doors to all who seek assistance, ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent anyone from enjoying the enriching camp experience. Their kindness allows us to work individually with each family to determine a mutually agreed upon price, making it possible for everyone to participate.

All requests for assistance must be received by May 15th, 2026. Please note that registration must be completed before you can be considered for assistance.
T-Shirt's
T-Shirts are required for the Main and CIT Divisions and need to be worn on all trip days. They are available for Mini Gan campers as well but are not required.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition is 100% refundable on or before June 1st. After June 1st, 30% refund. (There is no refund for daily absences)
Enrollment
The camp administration reserves the right to reconsider the enrollment of any camper if we feel the child's needs or level of functioning or behavior can not be accommodated or if we feel the child's conduct limits his or her ability to participate in, or fully benefit from the programs and activities at Camp Gan Israel.
Registration & Payment Options
Registration will open on January 15th, 2026
A $150 Deposit per child must accompany each registration. (includes $99 non-refundable registration fee, with the remainder to be applied toward camp tuition.) We will invoice you for the balance in April. The balance is due by June 1, 2026.
Payment Policy
Payment in full must be received by the camp office before your child will be admitted into camp. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all accounts will be charged in full on June 1, 2026.
