Discounts

Early Bird: Register your child/ren with a deposit on or before January 31st, 2023  and receive the discounted rate. Take advantage of this opportunity!

Sibling Discount: 5% Sibling discount.

Financial Assistance We try to accommodate everyone in our summer camp, because we believe that a Jewish camping experience is an important part of forging a strong Jewish identity. Therefore, we will try to work with everyone who requires assistance, to help come up with an amount that they are are able to pay for the camp experience.

T-Shirt's

T-Shirts are required for the Main and CIT Divisions and need to be worn on all trip days. They are available for Mini Gan campers as well but are not required. 

Extended Hours

Early Drop-Off is $25 a week and Late Stay $50 a week.
We are not currently offering a Daily Rate (Should you need a daily rate during the summer please contact our director at least 24 hours in advance)

Cancelation Policy

Registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition is 100% refundable on or before June 1st. After June 1st, 30% refund. (There is no refund for daily absences) 

Enrollment

The camp administration reserves the right to reconsider the enrollment of any camper if we feel the child's needs or level of functioning or behavior can not be accommodated or if we feel the child's conduct limits his or her ability to participate in, or fully benefit from the programs and activities at Camp Gan Israel.

Registration & Payment Options

Registration will open on January 6th, 2023

A $150 Deposit per child must accompany each registration. (includes $75 non-refundable registration fee, with the remaining $75 to be applied toward camp tuition.) We will invoice you for the balance. The balance is due by June 1, 2023.

 

Payment Policy

Payment in full must be received by the camp office before your child will be admitted into camp. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all accounts will be charged in full on June 1, 2023.
