New Tiered Pricing Structure for 2024
We understand that the past few years have presented numerous challenges for many families, and we recognize that each family's financial circumstances differ. It has become evident that the cost of running camp has increased significantly in recent years, as is the case in almost every industry.
In light of this, we have implemented a voluntary 3-tier pricing program to ensure that camp remains accessible to all. This program allows you to select the tier that best suits your family's financial situation. We want to emphasize that this is an honor system, where you determine what is affordable for your family.
Please take a moment to review the following tier descriptions and choose the one that is most suitable for your family. Regardless of the tier you choose, we want to assure you that all children will have the same incredible CGI experience.

Other Fees:

Discounts
Early Bird: Register your child/ren with a deposit on or before January 31st, 2024 and receive a discounted rate.
Sibling Discount: 5% for second sibling (additional 5% for 3rd sibling etc.)
Chai Club: 5% Chai Club Discount
Financial Assistance We try to accommodate everyone in our summer camp, because we believe that a Jewish camping experience is an important part of forging a strong Jewish identity. Therefore, we will try to work with everyone who requires assistance, to help come up with an amount that they are are able to pay for the camp experience.

T-Shirt's
T-Shirts are required for the Main and CIT Divisions and need to be worn on all trip days. They are available for Mini Gan campers as well but are not required.
Extended Hours
Early Drop-Off is $30 a week and Late Stay $60 a week.
We are not currently offering a daily rate
Cancelation Policy
Registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition is 100% refundable on or before June 1st. After June 1st, 30% refund. (There is no refund for daily absences)
Enrollment
The camp administration reserves the right to reconsider the enrollment of any camper if we feel the child's needs or level of functioning or behavior can not be accommodated or if we feel the child's conduct limits his or her ability to participate in, or fully benefit from the programs and activities at Camp Gan Israel.
Registration & Payment Options
Registration will open on January 15th, 2024
A $150 Deposit per child must accompany each registration. (includes $75 non-refundable registration fee, with the remaining $75 to be applied toward camp tuition.) We will invoice you for the balance. The balance is due by June 1, 2024.
Payment Policy
Payment in full must be received by the camp office before your child will be admitted into camp. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all accounts will be charged in full on June 1, 2024.
